Free pilot terms

1. Who can take part

Businesses that sell or market vehicles: dealerships, dealer groups, marketplaces, and auction and remarketing businesses. One pilot per business; a dealer group counts as one business. Every image waits for a person’s check, so if we are running other pilots we may suggest a later start; we tell you when we can begin. If you accept these terms for a business, you confirm that you may bind it.

2. What is included

• Up to 5 vehicles, with up to 10 photos of each.
• Studio images made in any AI studio on our Looks page.
• Interior photos, kept as photographed with clean white behind the windows, in our real-photo studio’s interior mode. If that is not available when your pilot starts, we tell you before it starts.
• A person checks every image against your photo before it reaches you.
• The free redo: if a delivered image doesn’t match your car, we redo it free.

Not included unless we agree it in writing: 360° spins, more vehicles or photos, and other image sizes.

3. What it costs

Nothing. We never ask for a card. Nothing switches to a paid plan, and nothing happens after your pilot unless you ask us for a quote.

4. How it works

1. We email you to agree the cars, the studio and the timing.
2. You send us their photos: as a shared folder link to info@tunepixelstudio.com. Send only photos you have the right to send, and leave people out of them where you can.
3. We send them back as studio images, each one checked by a person against your photo, as a download link by email.

Every image waits for a person’s check, so we agree the timing with you before your pilot starts.

5. The images, and how you may use them

• You may use the images we deliver in your pilot: on your website, in listings and in adverts. Section 6 says how to use them honestly.
• When we deliver them, we transfer to you whatever rights we have in them, on the terms of section 9.2 of our terms of service. Our studios and backgrounds appear in them: you may use them as part of those images, anywhere and for as long as you like, but not on their own.
• AI studio images are made with TunePixel AI, and their files say so.

6. Using the images honestly

• Look at each image before you publish it. If it shows your vehicle differently from how it is, don’t publish it, or take it down: report it, and we redo it free.
• We compare each image with your photo, not with the vehicle. You are responsible for your photos and your listings; we are responsible for our images matching your photos.
• Where the law of the place you publish requires it (for example, the EU AI Act for realistic AI images of real objects), say clearly how the image was made, where people see it. You can use our caption: “Studio image made with TunePixel AI from a photo of this vehicle.”
• Don’t deliberately remove or change the information in our files.
• Some marketplaces accept only photos of the vehicle itself. Check before you list.

7. Your photos and your data

• Your photos stay yours, and we use them only to run your pilot.
• We don’t use your photos to train AI models without your written permission.
• We don’t use your photos, images, vehicles or name in our marketing without your written permission.
• We handle any personal data in your photos (for example number plates, or people in the background) as your processor, under our data processing agreement, which we send you with these terms and which you accept with them, before you send any photos. In our AI studio, TunePixel AI makes the studio image from your photo; it runs on AI image-generation services in the United States, to which we send your photo without its hidden data. In our real-photo studio, our engine runs on a cloud computer in the United States; it deletes each photo and result once it is 48 hours old: it checks every hour while its server runs, and 15 minutes after each start.
• How long we keep them: your photos for 90 days after each image is finished, and the finished images and the vehicle’s record for 1 year, so that you can download them again and we can redo any image you report. Ask us at any time and we delete everything sooner from our systems, for real; our backups and our providers’ copies are deleted on the schedule in our data processing agreement.

8. Ending the pilot

Either of us can end the pilot at any time, by email. You keep the images we have delivered, and the free redo still applies to them for 90 days after the pilot ends. We keep your photos and images only as section 7 of these pilot terms says.

9. Our responsibility

We run your pilot with reasonable care and skill, and a person checks every image. Because the pilot is free, we don’t promise any particular result, and the total liability of each of us for the pilot is limited to USD 100. That limit does not apply to anything listed in section 14.1 of our terms of service, such as fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or to anything the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Everything else

Our terms of service also apply to your pilot (in particular acceptable use, confidentiality, and law and disputes). Where they differ from these pilot terms, these pilot terms apply, except that our data processing agreement always applies to personal data.

To accept these terms and our data processing agreement, reply to the email we send you with them, saying that you accept.
